Interactive Meeting on “COMPLIANCE OF COMPANIES ACT, 2013 FOR MSME’S”

Companies Amendment Act has been recently passed. There are a number of
compliances that MSME companies are required to comply under Companies Act, 2013 for the current financial year.

The first session will cover compliances for annual filings of accounts and annual return and drafting of Boards’ Report. The second session will cover important provisions of the Companies Amendment Act. Two experts will dissect the provisions for clear understanding and its impact. The session will be chaired by expert CA Sri. Manohar Gupta, a senior partner of Dagliya & Co.
This interactive meet is ideal for start ups and other entrepreneurs, managers in charge of accounts, finance, secretarial compliances and professionals.
